Renewal & Payment Reminders

Keep more of your book, every renewal cycle

QuoteBind AI reminds your clients about upcoming renewals and premium payments before the deadline — automatically, from your own policy data — and flags the clients who look ready to leave, while there's still time to call them.

The problem

Clients rarely leave on purpose. They just forget.

A renewal notice buried in a carrier email, a payment that slips past the due date, a client who got a cheaper quote and never mentioned it — most lost policies don't come with a warning call.

Keeping track of every date by hand works until the book grows. After that, the reminders that matter most are the ones that get missed.

What it does

Reminders and retention, on autopilot

Renewal reminders

Active policies renewing in the next 30 days get a reminder, timed to get a response. It repeats every term, so no renewal quietly lapses.

Premium payment reminders

A gentle nudge a few days before each payment is due, based on the policy's payment frequency — fewer cancellations for non-payment.

Churn risk alerts (Pro)

Watches for early warning signs in your client data and flags that client for a personal check-in before they've decided to leave.

Cross-sell suggestions (Pro)

Flags real coverage gaps — a homeowner with only auto, a high-value home without umbrella — so your team can suggest something that fits.

Review requests (Pro)

Happy clients are asked for a Google review right after a good interaction, not months later.

Your AMS stays the source of truth

Upload your agency management system export once a week; QuoteBind updates the policy list without deleting anything and sends a CSV back in your system's format every day.

Cancelled policies, and policies you mark as not included, never receive reminders.

FAQ

Questions agency owners ask

When do clients get a renewal reminder?

Active policies that renew within the next 30 days get a reminder by email, and the reminder repeats every term as the renewal date moves forward. Cancelled policies don't receive anything.

How do payment reminders work?

Clients get a reminder a few days before a premium payment is due, based on the payment frequency of the policy. Policies without a payment frequency are skipped, so no dates are invented.

Where does the policy data come from?

From your agency management system. You upload its export once a week; QuoteBind adds new policies and updates changed ones without deleting anything, and sends a CSV back in your system's format every day. Agencies without an AMS can add policies one by one from the dashboard.

Which plan includes reminders?

Renewal and payment reminders are included in every plan, starting with Core at $129 per month. Churn risk alerts, cross-sell suggestions and review requests are part of Pro and Complete.
